Flip Through Memory Lane – Giveaway!

***This giveaway is no longer accepting entries***

“Hand on Hip” is ending June with it’s third giveaway!

This time the giveaway is brought to you by Sharon from HampshireRose Memories, where she sells the most adorable mini albums! With over 150 to choose from, you are sure to find the perfect mini album to “carry in your purse, display in your home, or on your desk at work”. They are also perfect gifts for your friends and family. Thanks to Sharon, one lucky winner will get to take home this mini photo album:

Pink and Green Flower Mini Coaster Album

It is made from chipboard coasters and measures 3 1/2 inches round. It has 10 premade pages, including front and back covers, with photo mats measuring 2×2. It is held together with a binder ring and coordinating ribbon.

(Find out about your chance to win at the end of this post.)

After several weeks, it is now time to showcase my “mini” Q&A about Sharon & her Etsy shop.

***

MELANIE: Welcome to my blog “Hand on Hip” Sharon! Tell us a little about yourself and where you are from.

HAMPSHIRE ROSE: I moved back to Southern California 5 years ago to take care of Mom full-time, who suffers from Alzheimer’s.

Prom Night Mini Chipboard Album

MELANIE: Wow, between caring for your mother and making albums, you must be very busy! How did the creation of these albums come to fruition?

HAMPSHIRE ROSE: I have been scrapbooking for over 25 years. I have always enjoyed creating albums for family and friends. After moving in with Mom, my sister suggested I give Etsy a try. It has been a great experience for me; I have met the best people! Not only does my Etsy shop make it possible for me to make a little money, but creating my albums allows me to relax and realize that there is more to me than just being Mom’s caregiver.

Love Mini Paper Bag Album

MELANIE: Okay Sharon, anything else you would like to add about your shop?

HAMPSHIRE ROSE: I opened HampshireRose Memories in July of 2008. My shop specializes in different kinds of mini albums. Mini albums are quick and easy to create because I never know how much free time I will have on a given day. Life is about our memories that we make and share with our family and friends, therefore I opened HampshireRose Memories to preserve your memories one mini album at a time.
